SAMO ONDOH Indonesia is the official licensed distributor in Indonesia of SAMO ONDOH established in 2012 by Hyun jin SA and Sueyon KANG.

At SAMO ONDOH Indonesia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We apologize if we have made a mistake in delivering your order and will be responsible for delivery costs. 

All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please make sure your pieces are returned to us in new and unused condition with original and complete SAMO ONDOH packaging. Unboxing videos should be unedited, continuous shot and in full view of product. Should the package arrive to you in damaged condition via our shipping partners, please be sure to document this prior to opening for our insurance claims. Should you choose to arrange an independent third party delivery, SAMO ONDOH is released from any responsibilities for damages incurred towards goods in transit. To protect your return package to us, please pack carefully with all original SAMO ONDOH packaging when shipping back. SAMO ONDOH Indonesia is also not responsible for any SAMO ONDOH products purchase outside of Indonesia. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase within Indonesia, SAMO ONDOH Indonesia has the right to refuse assistance.

We process ready orders within one working day. Tracking will be available H+2 via email. Should you choose to arrange an independent third-party delivery, please make sure to provide SAMO ONDOH with order processing time. SAMO ONDOH reserves the right to arrange and refuse third party delivery time requests. 

All sale items are considered FINAL sale. This includes items bought using discount vouchers, bundling, flash sales, and other promotions. Please check your size accordingly and contact our customer service for further questions prior to purchase as sale items will be excluded from returns or exchanges.
